Extraction speed determines how much of your property survives a water loss. Our Water Extraction crews arrive with truck-mount units built to pull water fast, not just a shop-vac and a hope.

We measure extraction success with a moisture meter, not a visual check, because a floor can look dry on top while the material underneath is still saturated.
None of this is unique to a big loss either — the same standard applies whether it's a single-room water extraction call or a larger one.
We built this list around what typically goes wrong when water extraction gets handled by a generalist rather than a specialist.
None of these standards are unique to us in theory, but they're worth confirming before you let anyone start water extraction work on your property.
Truck-mount power means faster removal on carpet, pad, and hard flooring alike.
Every extraction job closes with moisture readings, not a visual guess at dryness.
Crews staged near Piedmont mean less drive time between your call and equipment on-site.
You get a written quote before extraction starts, based on the actual scope of the loss.
We don't treat water extraction as a single generic task — each part of the process below gets its own specific approach.
Truck-mount units remove standing water first, prioritized ahead of any secondary cleanup.
Specialized extraction wands lift water from between hardwood boards without forcing more moisture underneath.
Pad almost always holds water longer than the carpet surface, so we test and extract both separately.
Concrete slabs absorb and hold moisture differently than wood subfloor, which changes our extraction approach.
Furniture and upholstered items get assessed and extracted on-site when salvageable.
We don't consider extraction finished until readings confirm it, not just a visual check.
Four steps, no guesswork, from your first call to a verified water extraction result.
Dispatch gathers just enough detail to load the right equipment before the truck leaves.
Local staging is what makes rapid arrival possible, rather than a promise with nothing behind it.
You approve the number before equipment turns on — no surprise invoice after the fact.
A job isn't closed on a visual check — it's closed on a verified reading.
"They pulled water from under our hardwood without warping the boards further."
Grace T., Piedmont"They tested the pad separately from the carpet, which I didn't expect but appreciated."
Nathaniel W., Piedmont"Extraction from our finished basement was fast and they explained the slab-specific approach."
Bianca H., Piedmont"They extracted water from our upholstered furniture instead of just writing it off as a loss."
Corinne W., Piedmont"They explained why the pad needed separate testing from the carpet, which made sense once I saw the readings."
Julian V., PiedmontThese are the questions we hear most often about water extraction, gathered from real calls, not a generic template list.
Our water extraction coverage spans 94611 94610, with trucks positioned to reach any address in the service area quickly.
Coverage extends past the immediate area, so an outlying Piedmont address isn't treated as a lower priority for water extraction.
